Hi, I’m Rebecca — a deeply grounded, heart-led photographer who sees this work as something sacred. I believe photography is more than a session… it’s a ceremony. A way to hold time still, even for a moment. A way to honor who you are and the people you love in this season of your life.

I work with natural light, wide open spaces, and intuitive direction to create images that feel earthy, emotive, and true. The kind of photos that feel like memories already—slightly undone, gently lit, full of movement and meaning.

This journey as a self taught photographer began in 2008 when I picked up a camera as an act of reclamation. I was tired of jobs that drained my spirit and schedules that left no room for soul. Photography became a way to express myself creatively while giving something real and lasting to the people around me. I almost walked away from this journey entirely in 2019 when my camera equipment was stolen and I was in a season of motherhood that required me to shift my focus entirely. God had other plans and I’m back with new vision and a soul-centered mission for my clients.

My approach isn’t traditional or overly posed. I don’t just take photos—I hold space. I want to know your story, what brings you joy, who you are beneath the surface. I’ll help you prepare, plan your wardrobe, and step into the session with ease. Together, we’ll co-create something wild and beautiful—imperfect in the best way, and fully alive.

When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll find me living slow and soft in the Shenandoah Valley—barefoot in the grass, cooking good food, raising my daughter, spending time with my adult children, or deep in soulful conversation with the people I love most.

Photography is just one part of my offering. In time, this space will also grow into retreats and gatherings rooted in story, healing, and sacred reflection for women.
